1. Nature of Services

Palm & Grace provides digital memorial hosting services designed to honour lives and preserve legacies for a defined hosting period.

We do not guarantee perpetual or lifetime hosting.

2. Hosting Terms

Digital memorials are hosted for the duration specified in the selected package (for example, a 5-year or 10-year term).

Upon expiration:

  • Families may be offered renewal options
  • If not renewed, the memorial may be archived or removed

Palm & Grace reserves the right to discontinue hosting if fees are unpaid or if these Terms are violated.

3. User Submissions

Users agree that:

  • All submitted content is accurate to the best of their knowledge
  • They have the right to share photographs and materials provided
  • Submitted content does not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Content is respectful and not defamatory, abusive, or unlawful

Palm & Grace reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content deemed inappropriate.

4. Payment Terms

Where applicable:

  • Services require payment according to the selected package
  • Hosting begins upon confirmation of payment
  • All fees are non-refundable once a memorial page is published, except in cases determined at the company’s discretion

5. Limitation of Liability

Palm & Grace strives to maintain reliable service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Third-party platform outages
  • Loss of data due to unforeseen technical events
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

All website design elements, branding, and content created by Palm & Grace remain the intellectual property of the company.

Families retain ownership of photographs and original materials they provide but grant Palm & Grace a limited license to display them for the duration of the hosting term.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
